After half a decade of aging to perfection, the wait is over. Join us for an exclusive debut of our signature 5-Year aged white cheddar — a bold, crystalized and masterfully matured cheese making its first appearance to the public. 

At this event, you’ll experience the full flavor profile of our 1-year and 2-year makes, alongside the first taste of the 5-year cheddar. From their sharp tang to the creamy finish, our cheese tells a story with every bite.
