We are a dairy farm. So, what’s the beef? The duality of a dairy cow provides it all – milk, cheese, meat and more. Our family farm’s responsibility is to provide the highest quality care, allowing our cows to do it all. Our beef is full of flavor and naturally aged to perfection. Our dual-purpose beef produced over 90,000 lbs. of dairy products and now serves as delicious beef.
Our beef is processed locally at Niemuth’s Steak & Chop Shop in Waupaca.

Our farmstead cheese is sourced exclusively from our cow’s milk at Brooks Farms. A dream that started in 2020, we dedicated a portion of our milk to craft aged white cheddars.
Our one-year aged white cheddar cheese is rich and creamy, yet delicate to enjoy. The lower moisture, flaky cheese is known for its full-flavor and slight crystalline cracks.
Our cheese is made locally by Union Star in Fremont, WI.

Where do I buy beef and cheese?
May – October: Visit the storefront Thursdays & Fridays 3:00-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00-12:00pm. Pick-up by appointment available year round. Place your order online and pick-up at your convenience.
We also have beef available at Nelson’s Shell in Waupaca, in limited quantities. If you’re in town, grab some beef from Nelson’s!
How can I pay?
We accept cash, check or card. Cash and check are preferred, card optional. We thank you in advance for understanding!
What are your store hours?
May – October: Our beef store is open Thursdays & Fridays 3:00-6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm.
November – April: The store will be closed, but you can buy our premium beef and cheese all year long. Place beef orders online and come to the storefront for payment and pick-up.
